Bender’s dry style of Riesling is traditionally made using natural fermentation. It’s a lovely light honey colour in the glass. The aroma recalls ripe apricots and sweet golden apples, with a delicate mineral edge. On the palate, this wine is wonderfully lean and fresh with invigorating acidity. Its mix of orchard fruit flavours is thrilling.
