It's Dirty Laundry's best selling wine. A refreshing blend of Merlot, Pinot Noir and Cabernet Franc. During early fermentation through the saignee process the Pinot juice is removed, and the Merlot and Cab Franc undergo a cold soak to enhance the colour before pressing.
