A blend of gewurztraminer, pinot blanc and sylvaner, Fleur d'Alsace is the ideal wine to accompany your more spicy dishes. Rather short passage of the wine in old oak barrels, we find notes of white flower, rose and spice. Wine with a touch of acidity and a beautiful opulent texture on the palate.
