White Blend / 13% ABV / Cotes Du Roussillon, France

This wine is made from a blend of three different indigenous grapes: Grenache Blanc, Grenache Gris, and Macabeu. The Grenache tends to lend gentle, soft fruit to the blend, while Macabeu adds tropical aromatics and florality. The wine was fermented and aged in stainless steel as to not cloud the fruity personality of the grapes. It is bottled quite quickly after the wine is finished, and is released as an early drinking wine.
